yChef is a family experiment born from the belief in the home cooked meal. Michael Pollan made a fantastic 4 part series called "Cooked" available on NetFlix. Inspired by my love of cooking and enjoying food with family and friends, my two wonderful kids now take turns making complete home cooked meals from scratch once a week without any help. I'll show them the technique, but they have to execute the whole meal. Enjoy their adventure into culinary freedom as they pick meals to make all on their own.
